If you no longer own the property and you feel you have received an appraisal value notice in
error, was GHA contacted and made aware of the change in ownership?

•  If yes: Contact the appropriate appraisal district and inform them the property has been sold.
• If no: The seller/buyer must contact GHA to inform them that the property has been sold and provide documentation evidencing the new ownership.
